I am locally born and raised in San Luis Obispo County. I graduated San Luis Obispo High School in 1982. My family has been here since the 1940's and I love this beautiful area and enjoy all that it has to offer.

I love music. I graduated from Musician's Institute)GIT) in Hollywood in the early 80's and had the privilege of touring and performing music with other great musicians for nearly 15 years. Currently, my daughters play more than I do, but I still enjoy many great friendships that were created during my active years.

MY GOAL is to make owning a rental property an easy, positive cash flowing investment.
